Energy Drainers & Energizers
Make a list of those things you are tolerating right now that might be getting in your way of accomplishing what you want. Those are the things or situations that are draining your energy and wearing you down.
We put up with a lot of things that we just take for granted. The first step in increasing our energy and getting rid of those energy robbers is to identify them. Its those situations, behaviors, unfinished business, frustrations, irritations, problems and even those things about yourself that just leave you feeling drained and worn out. Keep adding things to your lists as you think of new ones. The more awareness you have of them ~ the more chances you will have to do something about them. Its time to get started.

Now pick just one of the above energy drainers and do something about it. Make a simple alternative plan instead of what you normally do ~ take a walk, watch a movie, relax, read, talk to a friend, sit quietly for a minute ~ do something and notice the difference. Its a start.
Energizers - Things that help revitalize me It is also very important to identify those things that serve as a pick-me-up for you. Begin to make a list of those things that energize you, that pep you up, revitalize you and make you happy. The more of these that you do each day, the better your day will be.
Now do at least one of these each day. With this little step, you have started on a new journey of improving your life and living a more enriching and satisfying life.
